I should have read it more carefully. I didn't realize the $1 chip was outside eBay.

You can still try and resolve it using the contact information available through eBay.

However, I agree that sales outside of eBay are different. I do plenty of sales/trades outside of eBay; you just have to know who you are dealing with.

Again - could be many reasons you haven't received a response. After 10 days, I imagine you'll never see the second chip, or your $1.
