The current $1 chip has the guns on one side and the green on the other like this . This is the one used at the Wild Wild West, Bally Park Place, and the Claridge.
Prior to this chip, Bally's used a chip like this It was the same on both obverse/reverse (notice the insert color and the lettering).

If you have one with guns on both sides, I suspect its an error (or a new one, I haven't checked in a long while). I'm guessing an error though.
