I see your point but still feel the best way to accomplish trades of equal values is to have prices on your chips. Just as you stated, this is in no way meant to disrespect Bob. I find that by pricing my chips with the prices I am prepared to sell them for makes things a lot easier when I send a trade scan out. I find that rather than running into the scenario you stated, it actually helps me avoid someone asking me to trade my 1950's Thunderbird chip values @ $35, straight up for a current 4 Queens chip. By placing a price on my chips I at least give people a starting point to base thier trade on. By the way, I have yet to actually charge the full price on one of my chips I have marked.
