I found the chip shown below at the very bottom of a long lost box. I have a note it was from the Bay Mills Indian Council (as well as TGT says the same thing.) Its old and feels of cheap plastic. Also of note, it is in Canadian denomination.

The question is, knowing Susong has everything, why is it not listed in the Bay Mills, Michigan, chips? Does it belong in some other state?
