I picked these up in a lot of matches I bought. Inside there are small tear out coupons marked 5c and 10c. What is really interesting is that the back of the book says; "Western Game Supply Dice Game Equipment" Phone Graceland 7710.

Anybody have any ideas as to whether this may have been a casino. I thought that the coupons could also have been used as early match play coupons though there is no indication on them.
All the coupons say is "10c 404 Tony's 909 Club".

Most of the matches are front strike and come from Chicago.
