My thanks to all of you who took the time to respond - especially about Chequers, which I thought was a magazine. What I'm really looking for is the first 10 casino licenses in Nevada. Most of them are probably long gone. I thought the Golden Gate was one of them. Somehow I don't think I'll find the answer here, but it's out there somewhere...
