A guy who finds a $200 strike offered for a $9.95 buy it now, and buys 21 of them? Then he writes screaming messages all over two BBs complaining that HE got ripped off.

I agree with the general tone of the above replies. If someone sold a $1 chip for $1 and asked $5 shipping, I'd think they were trying to pull a fast one.

If someone offers a common current chip as Obsolete or Rare, it's simple fraud.

But if someone asks too much for a chip, and represents it correctly, who cares? I've seen more chips that I didn't buy, because the starting price was over what I'd pay, and no one else bid on them either.

$6 for a current $1 chip and then charge shipping. That's more like a joke than an offense.
