Rick, I checked out that auction too and just thought to myself that it was just an overpriced auction. I agree with you about the price. I wouldn't pay that much for that chip. There are a lot of stuff that I see overpriced. Cars, Clothes, and yes...Chips. Some peoples prices may be way off base but that wouldn't be unethical in my book. He's (or she) is free to ask whatever they want for that chip or whatever they are trying to sell. I'd be broke if everyone listed a chip at the price I thought was fair. Wait a minute, I am broke!
