Nice chips but not uncommon. Black, if the top hat is black is scarcer than many other colors. Seymour has the Top Hat (PX-BQ) rated as an "E" ($6 or $7 a chip) which may be a little high. The Fluer-de-Lis is a new chip to me and not in Dale's book nor his 1998 Supplement. It may be shown in one of Kenny's and Ralph's additions that have appeared from time to ttme in the Club magazine but my copies are at the office (yes, I know I should photostat and add them to my Seymour binder). The chip should be at least an "F" rated chip worth $8 or more. I don't have one and would like to buy or trade for it.
