My conclusion is based on her list which I would consider the best Wisconsin source for information and accuracy, and it's been updated since the first casino opened in the Mid-West.

However if anyone has any reason or information, I'd be happy to change my opinion in a snap.

Nothing against Greg's lists and pictures, but until these chips started appearing recently, there has been nothing that even hints it's from a casino at all, let alone Wisconsin.
