I have been having this problem all day. Called Earthlink and they said to call Microsoft. Tried that and due to a large volume of calls they say to call back. Talked to my tech son in Seattle and we tried a few things but nothing works. After about five minutes my computer shuts down when I am on the internet. Would appreciate any solutions. Is this this related to McAfee. HELP!!!
