If I ever get a digital camera I will post a picture of a chip cleaning machine I designed and built a few years ago. I was thinking of marketing it to casinos but just never pursued it. It works really well in that it uses compressed air for all of its power. Automatically grabs a chip from a stack, cleans it with 2 brushes using a secret formula, takes it to a drying station and drops it out the other end clean and dry. My prototype looks really crude but even I am surprised by how well it works. Now that I am retired I may continue to try to market this some time in the future.
