Everybody needs to keep in mind that few of us have static IPs. Even those of us with Cable or DSL will find that or IPs chnage from time to time.

Those wth dial up will have different IP addresses each time they connect, though AOL appears to use some sort of Proxy system which causes many users to appear to be posting from the same IP.

simply put, IP addresses are not a very useful tool for policing the posts on this board.
