B et G is another chip manufacture in France. The chips looks something like chipcos but it is not the same company.

Sunburst mold... are a fairly new mold that is made by another manufacturer. I think the company name was posted previously as Blue Chip, but I don't have a website for them.

As far as what chokens are made of... there was an older thread, earlier this year that talked about this.
