Courtesy of Paul Hegge here is a scan of that chip.
The skelaton character is in a recurring role and has been featured on four other Harrah's Laughlin chips, all $2.50. This was the first $5.00 chip.
On the other chips, the skelaton has been depicted playing blackjack, play a slot machine, celebrating New Year's and riding a skelaton horse. Each of those chips were also Limited Edition chips in quantities of 3,000 each.
I have heard that Harrah's Laughlin had intended to put of 10 chips with the skelaton character, but that they would all be $2.50 chips. The release of the $5.00 biker chip was a surprise.
It was released before the biker shoot-out incident at Harrah's during a previous River Run event.
Not sure what other "info" can be provided, except it was manufactured by Paulson Gaming.
