Is it possible that that order was manufactured, not delivered and perhaps waiting to hit the collector market as "Lucky Nevada Club" chips, a new find?

This is how I make out the writing:

2000 $25 chips

Lead Inserts
Brass Impregnated
3 edge Inserts
Serial numbers {as above}
Same color as sample provided
Seal & Crest same print except - drop Diamond Jim's
Add Lucky same print as Nevada Club

I don't know my history very well, but TCR shows Lucky Nevada Club and Diamond Jim's Nevada Club at same address. Both closed in 1969, but Lucky Club was opened in 1967 (same date as chip order).

Interesting indeed.
