I have the 214 as being from Great Falls; Steve G would be a better source but I suspect he's out fighting fires somewhere. He notes the 213 in his Montana book but doesn't indicate the Obverse as to whether the seal is not there. i don't have the 833 but that's from Troy, OH. I would think Eisenstadt has a scan of it but I'm in too much of a hurry to check.
