One interesting proposed regulation is that the minimum gaming area of a new casino will have to be 5,000 square feet, specifically to stop lots of small, one and two table operations opening up all over the place. Also interesting as this is larger than several casinos already operating (although it seems they alone will be able to continue to operate small casinos)
