I think the seller is fibbing. Maybe I'm reading it wrong but next to "Started" it says: "Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969".

Now if the chip was issued in 1981, I'm fairly certain it hasn't been up for auction for over 33.5 years.

Does Jackpot run 33.5 year auctions?
