() I would say that the "Cervus Alces" is a pretty good indivator that #833 is a BPOE. On #214 there is room for doubt although it's a good bet it too is a BPOE.
#560 is the exact same style as number 214.
#171 only has 171 on each side. However since that chip was delivered to Oakland, CA by USPC and #214 is the number for the Oakland BPOE, we are assuming that that chip is also a BPOE.
