My post office in Brick will no longer accept merchandise in the Flat Rate Priority envelope.

I'm told that a Postal bulletin was distributed to all window clerks that stated the bulk rate was for documents only. I now use the post office in Absecon when I have chips to mail insured, such as a round-robin in 2x2 pages.
