This is a slotcard "dangle." Can't think of a better word for it. Attaches to a slot card via the beaded chain and "dangles" in front of the player so (s)he doesn't forget to remove the slotcard. Same on both sides. Late 80's at Resorts in Atlantic City.

I'll trade it for chip(s) or a nice ashtray from the Golden Gate Casino in LV.
