The 24 hour period goes by the gaming day which is started and finished at 6:00 AM. The parking is now $3 minimum state mandated but most casinos have kicked it up some. The old $2 fee allowed the casinos 50 cents for collecting the fee. The state doubled their fee and some/most casinos decided to push it up even more. Sands will let platinum players park free as does the Borgata with it's black card players. Make sure you have a player's card wherever you park.

This is bad but the comped rooms are now charged $8 in state fees, up from $2.
