$90 may be a bargain, I don't know as I don't collect Nevada small towns BUT, a find of 100 chips NOT from Vegas will not IMO bring $90 each.
I say this having found a box of formerly RARE El Rancho Vegas chips about 2 or 3 years ago that I could not sell more than 20-25 at $125 each which most 'experienced' chippers in the hobby also said was a fair price at the time. Soon after the find, I sold what was left to another party and they have sold for about $60 or so on ebay. Not here to fight or cause a ruckus but just to give another opinion. Doesn't take away from the find which was great, just a difference of opinion on the value considering where they are from and the amount found.
