Just out of curiosity, I use Freeserve in the UK, who charge nothing as an ISP, and there are many others. They do offer email accounts for the free package as well but no support (or at least they do, but support is a premium line, although I've never needed it), although I use a Yahoo email address so that I can access from work.

Are there no free ISPs in the US? Just curious
