I am/was a poker dealer for 6 years in Florida. Though, things are obviously different here (we keep our own tips and give the house a percentage, which there is no record of) no one here claims thier tips like that. We do have to file for our 1099 on our minimum wage and i think everyone I know lies about their tips.
