I still have it. In fact I have two. One with only one inlay. I don'y classify them, I just have them.
I had no idea it was in TCR. I don't think it should be. There is not a chance it was made for Caesars LV. But it was made by a legitimate chip distributor. I am not saying it is legitimate as I don't know why it was made.
