I did not want to pay the price and we kept finding old chips everytime they broke concrete. Sooner or later we would have found some and I always got 1st dibs on the finds.

The FQ's has chips buried all over the place.

Once I left the FQ's the 25¢ was no longer important.

Something you might not know.
The FQ's has 5 or 6 different landlords. Some own only small pieces of the land. Everytime they wanted to expand, they leased another small piece of land.
Unless something has changed, the entire front 25 feet or so of the building was always described as a lean to, added on. You could sure tell it when it rained.
