I'm a newbie, but I have a copy of TGT Revised $$ Edition. It lists two Sunset Inns.
Sunset Inn - Location unknown, Mold SQINCR
Sunset Inn - Tijuana, Baja California Mexico that opened in the 1920s and is now closed.
