The Hard Rock Chip I listed For Sale Earlier has No Pay Pal Fee... A fellow Chipper Just informed me that It is Now against Pay Pal to charge a transaction fee, with the take over from ebay they added this to their policy... and sure enough in the pay pal user agrement there is to be no such fee's allowed... So the chip is $12 delivered...
