If she has a 174+ (something) rating on eBay, how come she has suddenly had two bogus auctions?

Let me try again. Some seller has a long clean record and in a couple of days, has two strange auctions. One is for and item that someone else is selling, including stealing the image. The other is for $200 tokens for $20 and only recently released. The first auction was removed by eBay, the second, the seller says All are Sold.

Hopefully anyone who bought these, can get a refund.
