This guy can't be serious, so there is no need to respond. I think sometimes these sellers list items on ebay so they can later claim; "these chips were offered on Ebay for $1 million dollars" ... when months they then offer them for a fraction of "Ebay's worth".

I found it interesting that the seller will not offer insurance... and will only sell within the U.S.
