If you have stacks of chips in the middle of your living room floor, along with TCR #9, a magnifying glass and a black light....you might be a chipper.

If you can't decide whether a chip with H&C that only shows under a black light can really be considered a duplicate of a chip with no H&C... you might be a (confused) chipper.....?
