I have been warning people about this for over a year. The president of Chipco (I think that's his title, his name escapes me right now) spoke at the convention last year and admitted red Chipcos bleed. The better contact they make, the easier they bleed. PVC flips are particularly bad because the make great surface contact, and the red dye will diffuse in the plastic and bleed back onto the chip, causing blurring. I moved all my chips into airtites over a year ago.
