My chips are in binder pages (30 to a sheet). Some pages are rigid and some a bit softer. No bleeding from any of my red chips. Maybe it depends on the climate where you live. I'm in New England and it doesn't get as hot as the southwest. Then again it just may be particular to that type of chip.
