Hi Frank,
Your post prompted me to look at my Eldorado chip. I keep many of my chips (all of my Nevada chips) in racks. Lucky for me, there was no such "bleeding" on either of the chips adjacent to the Eldorado $5.00.

I have only seen this happen when the chips are stored in the PVC flips. Anyone else?
