Did I miss something about new charges? Are they charging a fee for every payment I receive? I thought it was only those through credit cards.

Anyone know?

I got an email that said "This email confirms that you have received an Auction Instant Purchase
Payment" and it has to be claimed. I am/was set up to not accept credit card purchases.

I was expecting payment but had specified no credit cards. Do you they for everything now?
