... congratulations on your estate sale find! I don't know for sure what year it's from, but 4 cent first class stamps were available from somewhere around 1958 until 1963 (that's a guess made from the hazy memories of a former stamp collector)... maybe one of the philatelists who reads the ChipBoard could be more precise on the dates.
