Can anyone speculate WHY a particular bidder on eBay would have only 4 feedbacks, when they have been high bidder on over 50 other auctions? I was repeatedly outbid yesterday by this individual on one chip, and then again on another a short time later. Could she be a shill? Or just late paying her bills? I think it's pretty strange. Thanks in advance...
