I've had many people tell me they've had problems with dealers that I've never had a problem with and visa versa.

Sometimes personalities clash and that's the only reason for the problems.

BUT... There are always the Olympic gold medal winners of irritation that annoy and cheat everyone they deal with. Some of them know who they are and others are oblivious.
