I posted here awhile ago seeking information about these chips. I've since been in contact with Doc Finstuen (thanks Gene Trimble) who has been very helpful in providing information about the Jack Todd Co. I have not, however, had any luck identifying the chips.

They are from the Kansas City area, probably manufactured in the mid-30s to early-40s (Doc tells me the boxes the chips came in are "early" Todd boxes).

If anyone has any insight, I would appreciate the info. Thanks.
