You cannot buy chips at the cage in AC. You can only get chips at the tables. My strategy is to look for an empty craps table. Just be friendly to the dealers and tell them what you want and they are usually happy to comply. They will even look for LE's for you. To get new issue LE's in AC, they are usually released at a designated table that is closed. You will have to ask in each casino where they are issuing the new LE's.
