My humble opinion is that the Borgata is on a more upscale level then say any of the boardwalk properties or just a notch or two above the Trump Marina. It is decorated well with a Tuscany theme.
As far as the food is concerned I don't know because it was a late hour and none of the restaurants were open.
The Borgata is across the highway from Harrah's and Trump Marina but there is no public accessways between any of the properties so you will have to drive it. I'm Not sure if you have to pay for parking each time you go between any of the casino properties. I seem to remember that at one time you didn't but that may have since changed.
