Your reference is a different location, Scott. It's across the street and south of the current Harrahs.

However, at the site you directed us to there is history on the Holiday Casino with quotes from Shelby Williams. It's also somewhat confusing as there is mention of a Riverboat Queen at that location, as well as a "Riverboat Casino" earlier in 1971. However, Shelby restates what she did at the convention that it opened as Holiday Casino.
