While I won't be getting to the Borgata buffet for sometime if at all [ Don't particularly care to be shuffled around like Cattle, brings back Army memories ]
The newly renovated buffet at the Taj Mahal in A/C was suprisingly good [ Don't know how much it is I was invited by the F&B VP who is a friend] They did have a pretty good selection
Steaks cooked to order, Crab Legs, Bar B Q Ribs, Shrimp, and Rotisserie chicken among other things.
I actually enjoyed it enough to go back and as I said, I hate lines
