recieved a letter today from office of Co. DA. The grand jury is investigating the gaming officals who put on leave pending outcome. It seems the problem was that Casinos who submitted poker chips, chip's and tokens for approval, and they were not approved, a substantial number are missing. They have identified the particular chips and tokens that are missing and the investigators are asking the chip collectors help in determining what happened to the missing chips. They are offering a Chip amnesty for any information. No discovered chips will be taken from collectors. anyone with infomation may call CBI agent Robert Brown 303- 239-4288.
