Here's the card that Caesars Palace, LV is using, at least for the Palace Tower rooms. It is new since I was last there 6 months ago. Picture of EvilK jumping the fountains is in black/white. Two views below alternate as you rotate the card.

It looks like he made it but I don't remember. This stunt took place in the 1960's as I recall.
