Someone might have been looking for the audit edition. Interesting that both of the copies that you found were being sold by Burr's Books, and both had a 1/4" tear on the cover.....but they weren't being offered for the same price! Also, both were published in 1991, which I THINK was the 1st issue. (though I could be wrong).
