Take back the 150 acres of land it gave to Boyd Gaming and MGM Mirage for the Borgata Hotel/Casino & Spa unless they can prove that they have a sufficent amount of Atlantic City residents employed at the Borgata. This apparently was a contractual stipulation made under Mayor James Whelan's adminstration in order for the Boyd/MGM consortium to acquire the property.
