Dumb me...I decided to attend my martial arts class today...now I'm sore in places I didn't know existed!

It's been 20 years since I've done this stuff...shouldn't they post a warning for old f*rts not to even try it?

Ah well...it's something that my youngest boy and I can do together...and he's a higher belt rank than I am...I'll never hear the end of it!
